Personal comment:

I started karate online for the first time in my late 40s, and have incorporated it into my daily life to maintain my health and stamina.

I am currently studying English with the goal of conveying Japanese martial arts to people overseas.

Personal comment:

Under the influence of my father, who is a classical music expert, I discovered a passion for dance and started belly dancing in 2002.

Afterwards, I felt an artistic fascination with martial arts (self-defense karate), so I enrolled in Goshinkai and earned my black belt in a year and three months.

I was also inspired by Jet Li’s beautiful martial arts and am currently practicing Kung Fu.

I would like to utilize my experience in dance training both overseas and domestically to teach the enjoyment of both dance and martial arts, with an emphasis on balance with the performers.

While respecting tradition and enjoying sophisticated karate in a modern style, let’s develop a pure Zen mind and a healthy mind and body that can be practiced throughout your life.
