※ 原則として第5週目はお休み
※ 定員5名に満たないクラスは、無料で自由参加可能
→ 無理なく回数を増やせます

Training Schedule & Membership Fees
Regular Training Schedule
Saturday Training (Main Dojo)
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Martial Arts Hall, Kashiwa Daiyon Junior High School, Kashiwa City, Chiba, Japan
Training includes:
- Traditional Goju-Ryu Karate
- Kata practice
- Self-defense applications
- Breathing and body conditioning
- Physical fitness and flexibility training
Beginners, women, seniors, and international visitors are welcome.
Online Training
Day: Every Friday
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Japan Time)
Online classes are available for students living outside Chiba Prefecture and overseas participants.
Training focuses on:
- Kata practice
- Body mechanics
- Breathing methods
- Self-defense principles
- Personal development through Karate-Do

Trial Lesson
Visitors and trial participants are always welcome.
No previous karate experience is required.
Comfortable sportswear is acceptable for beginners. A karate uniform is not required for the first lesson.
